"rleary@smucs1.umassd.edu" on 16 June, 1993 sent a note regarding NA Tribes
use of GIS to manage res resources. I just want to add to his references
on the Hoopa and Colville people the brand new Development Center with
similar GIS use-capabilities opened/dedicated by the Oneida Nation in
Wisconsin on 18 June 1993. Use of this resource by the Oneida is designed
by the Environmental Design Program at the University of Wisconsin-Green
Bay and run by Ms Stacy Sommers at the Oneida Development Center.
