APC confs on indigenous peoples

This is just a brief reminder to readers of the gen.nativenet conference
that you should probably also check the web.native conference for news
relating to the First Peoples of Canada. Other conferences available on
the APC systems include native.lang, native.edu, and hr.indigenous. Please
