Context - Some global considerations.

With the increased interest in 'indigenous' people/land
relationships in Australia as a result of the Mabo decision I
have uploaded some draft materials both to share with you and,
hopefully, to get some proof-reading type feedback.
These were written before the Mabo decision, and I do not
necessarily equate the Anglo-Australian concept of 'native
title' with the fundamental unity between First People and
living country.
I have posted each chapter as a response, and some of the
chapters are lenghty. In the uploading process, footnotes
appear to have been stripped.
"Part Two - Text." deals with the actual hearing of the
Warumungu land claim in the 1980s. It is in need of major
reworking and I do not know when the energy to proceed with
this will arrive.
Anyone know a publisher?
