I have been trying to follow a case involving the Native American Church
(sorry,the Washington Post doesn't carry much news outside of the Beltway). I
believe
a NAC member was charged with peyote possession, which was used for religious
purposes. My husband heard a snippet of a radio talk show yesterday, and his
understanding is the case (and it may have been an appeal) was lost. Anyone
have any information on this??? Thanx in advance. Dagmar
