I would be very interested in working on this project. I work for the
NationalNetwork of Libraries of Medicine in Baltimore. One of our major
projects is to get health professionals to access the current medical
literature via the National Library of Medicine. The National Institutes of
Health has several programs to fund for electronic access to the NLM
databases. Perhaps this might be aback door way to getting Internet access for
the various tribal organizations. Lifenet is also another program sponsored
by NASA. Maybe they might be a good source for a connection.
