PEI, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia was/is inhabited by the Algonkin-
speaking "MicMac" (Migmak) Indians, with several subdivisions.
In fact, earlier the "main seat" of the tribe resided on PEI.
I think Micmac tribal council has an email-address so you could contact
them via the net. Sorry, but I don't remember the address so you must
ask some other netters to supply it.
