Would you mind if I pulled these answers together for an
addition to the Frequently Asked Questions file?
Also, I have been in the middle of a move to Wisconsin, and
I have not archived the last two weeks. (I will do it today.)
Does anyone actually need this archive? If not, I'll zap it
to save space.
