You should have received a flurry of articles recently, which are the
first of those which were "in the pipeline" when the problem arose at
the TAMVM1 site that required our recent NATIVE-L shutdown. There are
still more articles waiting to be processed before we're completely
caught up, so I'd appreciate your holding new articles, unless they
deal with urgent matters.
On another subject, I want to apologize for neglecting to mention
Mark Dewart in Indiana and Mary Ellen Sword in Virginia, who take care
of the NAT-EDU list, which deals with educational issues of indigenous
peoples. And I should also mention Yolandra Gomez in New Mexico, who
will be moderating a new mailing list on health issues as soon as a
technical problem is resolved and I can find the time to do the required
setup work to make the list operational. I'll send out more information
on subscribing to both lists soon. But for now, if you'd like to be on
the NAT-EDU list, just send a message containing the text:
subscribe nat-edu Your Name
to the address:
"Slowly but surely..." :-)
