you can contact ward stone at the department of environmental conservation
of new york state. He works out of that office, but speaks with the people,
if you know what I mean. He will be a good contact.
The other people doing stuff on PCB in mother milk, kids, etc. in Albany, I
have heard some unfavorable things about. Ward, however, knows reality...
