[ This article relayed from the Usenet "soc.culture.native" newsgroup ]

I am teaching a class on ideology, and will be doing a section on nationalism.
In the past, I have had difficulty getting students to understand the
distinction between nation and state. I thought that it might help if I had a
map showing national boundaries that I could overlay on a map showing political
boundaries. Unfortunately, I've been unable to find such a map. I was
wondering if any of you knew of a book or article that showed the world (or a
particular country, region) divided according to nationalities. If any of you
has a reference for this type of material, or other suggestions on making this
distinction clear, I would appreciate your sending me the information at the
email address below.

Thanks very much!
