I am writing in regards to a question on percentage of Indian Blood.
I work for El Paso Community College and was questioned by a prof.
He asked what percentage of blood would a person Chotaw need to be considered a
member of the Chotaw Nation?
What percentage of blood would a person need to be considered a
member of the Cherokee Nation?
This student of his needs financial aid. He would like to see this
student receive funding for his/her education.
Any information would be greatly appreciated by this student, who is
1/16 Chotaw and 1/16 Cherokee.
