The Indian College Fund is the American Indian equivalent to the Black
College Fund. It is located in New York and represents the American Indian
Higher Education Consortium of which all the American Indian Colleges and
Universitites are members. it is legitimate. David Archambault Hunka Papa
Lakota is the current director. The leadership changes every two years
with the presidents of the colleges and universities serving two-year terms
as the director of the Fund. Forwarding this information from Rick
