address for russel barsh

Does anyone out there have an address, phone or FAX for Russel Barsh? He's an
attorney who has worked extensively with North American indigenous rights and
written on international law. At one point he was affiliated with the Four
Directions Council in Seattle (but I can't find a current phone for them
either).
I met him briefly at the UN Working Group this summer. Later in the meeting,
he made some comments I wanted to follow up on and get some documents. Any
