The Native American Art Studies Association will be meeting in Santa Fe
from November 3rd through 6th. This group includes artists, art
historians, anthropologists, collectors, graduate students, etc. They
meet every two years--the location always varies. The current president
is David Penney at the Detroit Institute of Arts. If anyone is interested
in more information, I can find an address and phone number.
