Bill,

I have three suggestions for you. First, General information about the Navajo/
Hopi Land Dispute and the Bennett Freeze area can be found in Emily
Benedeck's recent book _The Wind Won't Know Me_. Second, the Navajo/
Hopi Land Commission and executive agency of the Navajo government is
currently involved with Bennett Freeze issues. They can be reached at
(602) 871-6280. Third, if I understand correctly, Congress has
recently authorized 1.4 million dollars for construction and renovations
in the Bennett Freeze areas. You may be able to get more information
from you Representative or one of your Senators.

Good Luck,

Fred Solop
