The Native American Center of Georgia (NACOG) is a not-for-profit
organization in Atlanta that works to serve the needs of Native people
through educating and providing infromation concerning Native Americans
today. The center also works to heighten awareness fo native issues in the
community and increase sensitivity to the dilemmas of our Native peoples.

NACOG will sponsor THE CHEROKEE ELDERS CONFERENCE on December 9, 10, 11,
and 12, during which Cherokee Elders will share with the general public
information, arts, crafts, stories, history, and life experiences of the
