Apparently someone asked if that was for the United States. Yes, it
is for the United States.
Again, First Nations plans to distribute money (8 million dollars)
for Indian projects through its Eagle Staff Fund.
The money has come largely from private foundations.
I don't know where First Nations headquarters is. I'd try Spokane,
Washington, since the news came from out of there.
