Looking for a medicine man

Hi, I just joined this list today. I have a friend who has cancer and
has endured three sets of treatment with chemo and radiation. Because of
medication given for her ovarian cancer, she now has a heart condition.
She had asked me to see if I could find a man by the name of Rolling
Thunder for her or possibly another medicine man or woman somewhere around
Kentucky who would possibly work with her. Can anyone give me a reference?
It would be greatly appreciated as she dearly loves life.
