Arvol Lookinghorse's wife (Carol Ann?) discussed the Human Genome
Project at length at the Dakota/Lakota/Nakota Summit this year in
Kyle, SD. I have no idea whether Arvol lives on Rosebud or Pine Ridge.
She has also worked closely with S.P.I.R.I.T. in Oakland, CA. They
might be a place to start. Gary gave their phone number a week or so
ago, and I have no address for them.

Actually, I gave the phone number of Center for the Spirit in San
Francisco, which would seem to be a different organization.
