So what you're saying in plain english then is that tribes like
the Chinook who were terminated by an unlawful adminstrative order can in
NO WAY be helped by NAFERA.
Can you please suggest to your collegues drafting the bill that
they include the statement, "and includes tribess who were terminated
through administrative action..."

All it would take is that one simple INCLUSION, and according to
this new law, NAFERA, if it's passed, terminated tribes like the Chinook
would have a legal say in thier own affairs.

What I'm saying is legally, not recognized tribes would be
recognized.

So how can I get this statement interjected into the bill?:^>
