We have learned that the documentary movie BROKEN RAINBOW, which
is about the Dine' resistance to relocation and features the Big
Mountain Community, is available on videotape. BROKEN RAINBOW
will break your heart, too, it tears me up to see how the
oppression and misery laid on those people has worn so many of
them down in the 8 years since the film was made.
I have been informed that

Earthworks Films
P.O. Box 219
Kelly, Wyoming 83011
(307) 733-9690

will sell a video of BROKEN RAINBOW for about $20.00. We used
to have five copies, we paid hundreds of $ apiece for them, and
all but one is gone. This film is a good educational tool and
really brings home the issue.
This is a public service announcement!
