This note is to led support for the following appeal. I am
representing the Parliament Hill Peace Camp against "Cruise" missile
testing. I should let you know that we are proceeding to the Federal
Court of Appeal in a civil suit against the Queen and her Minister
responsible for the destruction of the Peace Camp shelter, literature
tables and the arrest of the acrtivists involved. This is to proceed May
31, 1994 in Ottawa at the Supreme court building.
Our struggles are similar and the independence of all the various
peoples concerned must be asserted to insist upon the cessation of the
preparations for war that seems to be a primary function of the States
involved in the military testing involved.
