I think that if this woman uses the photograph in a public or commercial
display, she can be sued for having taken the picture without their
permission (she'd have to have it in writing). On a partial aside, when
my sister visited the (former) USSR, she came back with stories about
people being photographed without their consent: they'd take the camera,
rip out the film, and hand it back again.
