Help for student

I have a student who has come to me for help in another class on "goddess
traditions" [the bulk of the course is on India]. This student has a
strong interest in Native Americans and is working on paper on female
deitities among Native Americans. He already knows of Sam Gil's work, and
several of the critiques.

If anyone has suggestions, references, etc could you send them to both
