On April 9 I sent a posting to the list and to Heather L. Searles which
had some incorrect information about a conference paper by Kate Shanley.
I said that copies were available for $2 from a particular address, but I
have since found out that the offer of copies is for conference
participants to read before the sessions. The conference papers are
working papers, and are not necessarily ready for wider distribution.
PLEASE DO NOT inundate that conference address with requests for copies
(unless you are also registering for the conference).
