Casino In Plattsburgh NY

The local airbase here in Plattsburgh is closing and one of the ideas to
keep the property viable is to sell the facility to a local native group.
The proposal is to open a Mohawk-run Casino on the site. I was wondering
if anyone could share similar proceedings. In particular, I was wondering
how much revenue native-run casinos have generated and, in particular, what
responsibilites the casino have to local municipalities and the federal
government, i.e. taxes, etc...
