The High Plains Society for Applied Anthropology is holding its 14th Annual
Conference April 29 - May 1, 1994 in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado. The
theme for his year's meeting is: Anthropology and Empowerment.

The keynote address will be given at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 30 by Tom
Weaver, department of anthropology, University of Arizona. His address
will be Indigenous Forestry: The Environment and Development in Northern
Mexico.
