The Mni Sose Intertribal Water Rights Coalition is
requesting bids from film producers for the development of a
film treatment on Indian Water Rights in the Missouri River
Basin. The treatment will focus on the development of the
Missouri River water resources and its impact on the 28
Indian Tribes located in the Missouri River Basin. The
treatment will include development of historical background
information, script outline, and preliminary storyboard of
the film product. The bidder should include a commitment to
assist in the final production of the film project in areas
such as identifying potential funding sources.
Interested bidders should submit a rsume, sample video
tapes, three employment references and a proposed budget,
which includes a payment schedule, for the project to:
