I am writing in behalf of a woman from Bolivia who is here studying
environmental issues. She would like to hear from North American
Indian people so she can begin to hook into networks of indigenous
peoples working in this hemisphere. I hope that she will hear from
individuals as well as groups, such as SAIIC and others.
It would be great if some folks in the midwest could meet with her.
She has heard of a meeting in Wisconsin and wonders if it will be
something she might like to travel to. If anyone knows of such a
meeting in Wis., or other midwestern sites, please let her know
about them.
