THANKS to Jim for all that hard work. Although I am not NAtive American
(or American for that matter!!), I too feel angry that sterotypes of NA
have been used in sports, and I also have a view that it is inconsistent
that (for the most part), teams and groups have been happy to incorporate
NA names and logos, and yet threat them as non-citizens!

I have a question: Is it a goal to have tribes (or nations) to be in a
position to "license" their logos to teams, or is this considered prostitution?

Another question is: Sould NA nations be able to negotiate with teams to
employ tribal members (so long as they are not paid to act out the sterotype??

I have always thought that the thousands of summer camps in the USA should
pay a fee or better still, employ NA tribal members to teach the NA folklore
(that is often the basic curriculum) and to do the NA ceremonies. I wonder
what TRIBAL MEMBERS think about this?

Thanks again Jim for your work.
