Indigenous Resource Management

Greetings from Montana! It snowed here yesterday...(which to all plant life
is, of course, much appreciated moisture). I am looking for recent
information about several projects involving "partnership" and various kinds
of local indigenous control over resource management. Specifically the
following:
PEMASKY in Panama/Kuna territory - Proyecto de Estudio del Manejo

Eskimo Walrus Commission
