Have you tried the NIH gopher? I also know that the APA
has a gopher...sorry I can't give you the "address",
our gopher here at Kent only works when "it" feels
like it.

I know a few people have done dissertation work on AIDS
prevention with Native Americans so you might want to
try the abstracts if you have them available.
