(If you don't have the "gopher" client software on your own computer, you
can use telnet to get to any of several systems that have public-access
gopher clients. You might try "telnet liberty.uc.wlu.edu" and log in using
the ID "lawlib" - you can select the first ("search...") item from the top
menu and enter "national indian" at the prompt to get a menu containing the
NIPC gopher.)
