I wanted to let all of you out there know that I've just received a
note from a still-weak Jay Brummett, who has just been released from
the hospital, following his coming down with a very serious illness
last Sunday. As most of you know, Jay will be taking over as moderator
of these NATIVE-L and NATCHAT lists very soon (as soon as he feels fully
recovered, and not a moment sooner! :-) .

I'm sure you all join me in wishing Jay a speedy recovery. If you care
