Chief Homer St. Francis runs for Vermont governor

Homer St. Francis is the Chief of the Abenakis in Vermont. He is running for
Governor of the State of Vermont without any funds to support his campaign.
His opponent is Governor Howard Dean, the Chairman of the National Governor's
Committee and is a substantial opponent. Homer St. Francis needs both funds
as well as national exposure. Anyone with ideas on obtaining support both
