Subject: Sundance Time

I have a question that may stir up some debate:

I am a Sundancer and need at least two weeks off in the month
of July. I must leave to fulfill my commitment and show up to
dance. Last year I lost a job because of Sundance, is there
any way to defend myself from being terminated in the future
for spiritual reasons?
