Concerning an article from Dr Donald Pinnock (cridon@protem.uct.ac.za)
in South Africa which begins:

> I picked up your message on a dog-leg filing from Australia about the

I would like to apologize for any confusion that may have been caused
by this article. I was not the author of this piece, so it should not
have been posted in my name. Further, the message was not intended to
be posted to any of the NativeNet lists, as far as I know. Rather it
was personal mail to an author of an article posted to the NAT-LANG list.
I sent the article to Jay, thinking that perhaps he could identify the
person for whom the message was intended and relay the message to that
person.

In general, Jay and I try to re-route personal messages that accidentally
get sent to one of the posting addresses. In this case, we clearly made
a mistake. Apologies to all.

Gary
