If it cannot be manipulated, what other logical choice can there be but war?
And what are the chances of 1% of the population against 99% in that kind of
struggle. Not very good!
Considering the progress that has been made and continues to be made utilizing
the legal system to restore and protect native rights, I see cause for hope. It
may not be perfect...it may be slow, but it's the best thing available.
