You might contact your local law library (especially one affiliated with
a large university) to see if they have the treaty. Some law libraries
do have collections of the major Indian treaties. In the alternative,
you might try the appendices to a book called Black Hills, White Justice
by E. Lazarus. The book is about the Sioux tribe's legal battles to
regain the Black Hills. It's been awhile, but I think the author
reprinted the Ft. Laramie Treaty in one of the appendices. Good Luck.
