0-06--016557-X. Appendix A records the "Treaty with the Sioux-Brule,
Oglala, Miniconjou, Yantonai, Hunkpapa, Blackfeet, Cuthead, Two Kettle,
Sans Arcs, and Santee - and Arapahoe, 1868" in it's entirety.

Appendix B records the "Act of February 28, 1877" in it's entirety.
