I'm not sure how you're using the word decimated. To decimate is to
kill/destroy one in ten. From my knowledge of the history of the
various Natives of the Americas, I'd say that ALL the tribes/nations
were decimated; whether it was by war or by disease doesn't seem to
matter in your question.

There is another definition for decimate: to kill or destroy a large
but indefinite number of. If this is how you mean "decimated" then
my answer remains, all of the tribes have been decimated (even though
some of them have overcome this event and their population meets or
excedes that of the contact period).
