Last year local tribes had their gaming rights taken away. (There are
casino style gaming halls on some reservations, that anyone can attend, to
gamble legally) Symington, at first, would not sign a bill to legalize the
gaming on the reservations. This year in the elections, the Indian tribes
of Arizona have announced their support for Basha. Does this support have
anything to do with the gaming fiasco last year? I am interested in any
opinions on this matter.
