cooperative and co-management schemes

I am doing research on co-management and cooperative resource management in the
Great Lakes region. To date my focus has been upon the relations between the
Wisconsin Ojibwe and the State of Wisconsin. I am interested, however, in
expanding my research focus to include other parts of the country. I would be
interested if anyone has conducted research or has any information about
state-tribal co-management or cooperative management in the pacific northwest,
canada, Michigan or any other states.
