Columbia River Intertribal Fisheries Commission in Portland, OR
Ph#(503)238-0667. They represent the Yakima. WarmSprings, Umatilla, and
NezPerce. Also the Northwest fisheries commission. I think that they
are located in Bellingham, Wa. They represent the Wa coast people.
