To all,
There has been a recent Federal Court decision, in Oklahoma, which
exempts Indian Tribes from paying taxes on motor fuels. Hooo!
This decision has a number of folks upset, seems to happen that way
whenever Indian people receive a little from what was "all" rightfully theirs.
Considering all of the past dealings in Oklahoma with Oil, relief from this
particular tax is past due.
