Land Grant Status for Tribal Colleges

For those of you who have been trying to load the Improving America's
Schools Act of 1994, including the "Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status
Act of 1994," I have finally got a paper copy in the office. The "Equity
in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994" is on Pages 554-7 of a 927
page document. I got mine from our Congressional representative's office.
I can photocopy some pages for folks, but there is an awful lot more of
interest to tribally-controlled educational insitutions than just this act.
