I think the big question is what kind of Pow-wow does your group want to
put on? Do you want a one-day-one-or-two-grand-entry-local kind of Pow
wow? Or do you want a multi-day-contest-national Pow-wow? Or something
in between? If you want a small Pow wow then you are more concerned with
local customs and traditions about etiquete, payment, etc. National Pow
wow have their own tradtions and are more concerned with being Pan-Indian
and respecting many traditions (They are usually much more expensive).
