Trudel/Robideau/Aquash

Since my earlier post, I've received a few clarifications:

Trudel visited Salt of the Earth books in ABQ to sign & talk about his
new book, "Stick Man." Bob Robideau confirms that he did, in public at
that gathering, accuse Trudel of being personally responsible in the
death of Aquash. The gist of the detail behind this, as described by
Robideau, is that (according to Robideau) Trudel, while head of AIM at
the time of Aquash's death, was closely associated with two people
Robideau says were witness to the death or involved in Aquash's
kidnapping. Robideau also believes Trudel had pegged Aquash as a
"snitch," and this had to do with her subsequent demise.

That's all I know. I'd be interested to know what response Trudel made,
which among other reasons was why I made the initial post requesting
information from anyone who might have been there.

I am certainly not interested in dealing with anyone's problem with
assimilating this information. If you have further questions, ask those
who were involved. Obviously, my original post was intended to solicit
more info from just such people, or anyone who witnessed the event. One
of the people involved did graciously respond, which is where the info above
comes from.

I've also had an accusatory phone call from someone blaming
me for it's occurance. Sorry, but asking for information on a heady
issue of this kind is only that: asking for information, and querying for
confirmation. I'm not about to waste my time getting involved in the
same useless fingerpointing I lamented in my editorial comment at the
end of my earlier post. What people do, they do. I'd appreciate it if
those who can't deal with that consider that keeping abreast of events
may be more constructive than trying to shoot the messenger. The
messenger, for one, has Business they _are_ Getting On with.
