I really wanted to reprint a "Public Notice" from Late January's News
>From Indian Country (it can be found on page 32, lower right quadrant).
However, considering the Copyright issue currently sitting in our laps
I decided to just ask folks who have read it what they thought.

Basically the "Notice" from E.Benton Banai/Bawdwaywidun tell us that
no "Three Fires Midewiwin Society" teachings that one might find in
print or tape are sanctioned by said society. In addition that, by
implication, none of the authors talking about such faith or way of
life is valid or accurate ("approved" or "endorsed").

Anyone know about this guys validity? It's awful easy to put something
in the paper... does he have the authority to saw what he has said...?
