Need info on relocation program.

I have been asked to help out on a project which plans on
reassessing the American Indian Voluntary Relocation Program,
also known as the Employment Assistance Program. My job is to
gather together data from as many different sources as possible.
With this in mind, can anyone provide me with any type of info
dealing with this program. The information could be as simple
as the locations or raw data, book reports, studies, or archive
sites. It could also be info derived fron one's own personal
experience or that of a friend or relative. Obviously, the
accuracy of this study will be directly related to the amount,
and the type, of information we obtain.
